Q. What does it cost to rent a sign?
A. It varies from city to city, so give us a call; we will be happy to quote you a price.
Q. How long can I keep the sign displayed?
A. The Mississauga by-law allows for a maximum display period of 21 days. Each business can have a maximum of six 21-day permits per calendar year.
Q. Where can I put the sign?
A. A mobile sign for a private business can only be displayed on the property where your business is located.
Q. Why do I need a permit?
A. The Mississauga by-law requires a permit for all mobile signs displayed in the city.
Q. How do I get a permit?

Q. Can I have full colour on my sign?
A. The by-law allows for 2 lines of colour on a mobile sign, each line having a maximum height of 30 cm.
Q. I see signs on city property. Why can't I put a sign up there?
A. If you are a registered city affiliate, you can display signs at designated city property sites. Call us for details on how to register!
